Sandlewood Pointe is a lovely condominium community located in the heart of the Merrimack Valley.  This quaint Garden Style Community is made up of 75 owner occupied units that are nestled in the Historic town of Amesbury Massachussetts.  Located just 45 miles north of Boston and only 20 miles south of trendy Portsmouth NH.  We are close to all major routes, including Interstate 95 and 495, and only minutes to local beaches!   

 

Amesbury is a place, where country roads meet historic landmarks from the industrial age. Once labeled “The City known as the Town of Amesbury,” this municipality operates under a city-based governance, but feels like a much smaller community.
