Move Out Fee:
- A standard Move Out Fee is assessed to the seller account that is due prior to issuance of a 6D Certificate. The fee is $175 made payable to Sandlewood Pointe Condominium mailed to: PO Box 576, Amesbury, MA 01913.
6D Certificate:
- A standard 6D Certificate Fee is assessed to the sellers account along with unit owners account who are refinancing. and is due prior to close of the unit. This is a legal written instrument that is required by the closing attorney under Massachusetts General Law. The fee is $125 made payable to Sandlewood Pointe Condominium mailed to PO Box 576, Amesbury, MA 01913.
Condo Questionnaire:
If you and or your buyer require a condo questionnaire to be completed please click on the link below. There is a $125.00 processing fee for EACH questionnaire that is processed. All checks should be made payable to Sandlewood Pointe PO Box 576 Amesbury MA 01913. Please note that a 6D will not be issued until the questionnaire processing fee has been received.
